Invitational Programs

Our competitive programs and classes are for athletes who are willing to give greater commitments in time and training, as well as participate in higher levels of pressure and competition. Please see the advanced programs listed below to see what would work best for your athlete.

Our Competitive Programs are by invitation only. To try out for any of our advanced programs, please contact the office and we would be happy to schedule an assessment with one of our coaches.

  • Pre-Developmental

    Our Pre-Developmental programs are geared towards young gymnasts who possess qualities that may allow them to advance to our Interclub, Xcel, or Competitive pathways. The focus of this program is to provide younger gymnasts with a strong foundation, such as proper basics, strength, and flexibility, so that they can progress in the sport of gymnastics safely and successfully. Gymnasts in this program will participate in in-house events such as physical testing days and mini meets.

    Mini Stars Ages 3-5 1 hr / wk

    Super Stars Ages 4-6 1.5 hrs/wk

  • Star Programs

    These advanced recreational programs are for athletes who are more committed to the sport than those in our regular rec classes. Their classes are longer than regular rec classes and more than one class per week is recommended, and they will eventually be working on more advanced skills. These classes are geared towards those athletes who love gymnastics but are not quite ready for our Interclub or competitive programs. Additionally, these athletes will be invited to our in-house testing days and mini meets for awards and prizes.

  • Interclub

    Interclub is an advanced program focused on performance and skill acquisition that is beyond our recreational program. Interclub athletes will train a minimum of two days per week perfecting skills and routines. They will also attend a minimum of one sanctioned event in which they will showcase their skills & routines. The program is performance based and focuses on the opportunity for athletes to show what they have learned and take pride in individualized personal achievement. Athletes will learn valuable life skills such as goal setting, time management, social interaction.

    Interclub Artistic Ages 7+ 4-6hrs/wk

    Interclub Trampoline Ages 7+ 4hrs/week

    Interclub TG (Trampoline Gymnastics) class will follow the Can Jump program and trampoline Canadian pathways. Athletes will develop skills and mastery of basics that will be showcased at in- house meets. Individual progress will be assessed and rewarded at events

  • Competitive

    WOMENS ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS

    Athletes will compete in different levels of gymnastics depending on their age, skill level, and commitment. These programs require athletes to train multiple practices a week and compete at sanctioned events in which they will be ranked on their performance. At higher levels, gymnasts are allowed to get creative with their performances as they are required to develop their own individual routines. This is an artistic gymnastics program that focuses on artistic creativity and acrobatic skill development.

    CCP Program Ages 9+, 12-16 hrs / wk

    Intro Comp Ages 5-8, 6hrs / wk

    Xcel Ages 7+, 6-9 hrs / wk

    TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING

    Trampoline & tumbling is comprised of 4 events. Individual trampoline, synchronized trampoline, double mini trampoline and tumbling. Athletes in this program can compete in one or all 4 events at different levels. These athletes will compete at sanctioned events in which they will be ranked according to their performance, age category and level.
