Learn basic gymnastics skills while having fun and getting fit! We have a wide variety of classes for all ages in our Gym Kids categories. Gymnastics is an exciting activity and sport for its unique contribution to general fitness, coordination, agility, strength, balance, flexibility and speed. If you would like to see quicker progress it is recommended to sign up for 2 classes or more per week or a combination with our tramp kids, or obstacle classes.

Gym Kids 1
Ages: 6+
Duration: 55 mins
Pre-Requisites: None
Athletes will be introduced to basic gymnastics skills in a fun atmosphere. This class is designed for those with little or no gymnastics experience. Athletes will learn basic gymnastics skills such as rolls, swings and locomotions on different apparatuses.

Gym Kids 2
Ages: 6+
Duration: 1hr 25min
Pre-Requisites: Gym kids 1 or staff recommendation
This class follows the successful completion of Gym Kids 1. It will apply the previously mastered basic skills & body positions to help build more complex skills. Athletes will learn skills such as cartwheels, bridges, and swinging with re-grasp. If you are unsure of your child’s skill level, please call the office to book an assessment.

Gym Kids 3
Ages: 7+
Duration: 1hr 25min
Pre-Requisites: staff recommendation
This class follows the successful completion of Gym Kids 2. Athletes will learn complex skills, such as walkovers, pullovers, round-offs & more! If you are unsure of your child's skill level, please call the office to book an assessment.

Gym Kids 4
Ages: 7+
Duration: 1hr 25min
Pre-Requisites: staff recommendation
This is an advanced class follows the successful completion of Gym Kids 3. Athletes will refine their skills while working towards more advanced skills such as handsprings, back hip circles & moving basic skills on beam! If you are unsure of your athletes skill level, please contact the office to book an assessment.
