Trampoline & Tumbling

Trampoline and Tumbling involves 4 events: Trampoline, Double mini trampoline, Tumbling and Synchronized trampoline. This program enhances physical fitness, spatial awareness, coordination, power, strength, balance and improves posture.

One class per week is suggested, but greater progress will be seen with 2 or more classes per week.

  • Tramp Kids 1

    Age: 6+

    Pre-Requisites: Gymnastics experience recommended

    Duration: 55 mins

    This class is perfect for athletes who love the trampoline & want to learn basic tumbling skills. Athletes will learn the key fundamentals, including shape jumps, safe landings, and beginner bed tricks. They use both the floor & trampolines in this program.

  • Tramp Kids 2

    Age: 6+

    Pre-Requisites: Tramp Kids 1 or staff recommendation

    Duration: 55 mins

    This class is designed for athletes who have already  successfully completed tramp kids 1 and want to continue their skill development. More advanced bed tricks will be introduced in this level preparing athletes to begin higher level skills.

  • Tramp Kids 3

    Age: 7+

    Pre-Requisites: Staff recommendation

    Duration: 1 hr 25 mins

    This is an advanced program designed for athletes who have successfully completed Tramp Kids 2 and want to further their skills. In this level, athletes will begin to learn saltos and other more advanced skills using the trampoline and tumbling apparatuses.
